Orders and payment

How to place an order?

  1. Start by browsing our extensive product selection until you find items that catch your eye. Once you've identified what you want, be sure to select the appropriate size if that's applicable. You can refer to our size chart for guidance.
  2. When you've made your selections, click on the 'Add To Cart' button for each item.
  3. After adding all the desired products to your cart, locate the cart icon typically found in the top right corner. At this point, you have two options: you can continue shopping or proceed to confirm your order by clicking 'Checkout.'
  4. You will then have the choice to either log in using your existing Get Stocked account or continue as a 'New User' and create a new account.
  5. Once you've completed this step, proceed to the checkout process, confirm your shipping address, and select your preferred payment method. Finally, click 'Place Order' to confirm and complete your purchase.

How do I pay for a purchase on Get Stocked Website?

Get Stocked offers a range of payment methods to cater to your preferences. Regardless of the online payment mode you choose, rest assured that Get Stocked's trusted payment gateway partners employ secure encryption technology to ensure the privacy of your transaction details.

You have the flexibility to make your purchase using Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery, and various Digital Wallets. In addition, Get Stocked accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards within India, providing you with a hassle-free and accommodating shopping experience.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Get Stocked website?

When you shop at Get Stocked, rest assured that there are no hidden costs. The prices listed for our products are the final, all-inclusive amounts. The price displayed on the product page is the exact amount you'll pay. Please note that there might be delivery charges based on our shipping policy.

For all orders, whether you choose prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD), Standard Shipping is available at no extra cost.

Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?

With COD, you can settle your payment in cash when your order is delivered to your designated location, and the best part is that this service is offered without any additional charges.

How do I pay using Credit / Debit card?

We gladly accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit & debit cards. To complete your payment at checkout using your debit card, you will be required to provide your card number, the expiry date, and the three-digit CVV number. Subsequently, you will be directed to your bank's secure webpage, where you'll enter your online password, issued by your bank, to confirm the payment.

Is it safe to use my Credit / Debit card on Get Stocked website?

We have partnered with reputed third party payment gateways for all our payments and we assure that it is safe to use Credit / Debit card on Get Stocked website.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If a payment failure occurs, please consider the following:

  1. Ensure that the information you've provided is accurate, including your account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking). Additionally, confirm that your internet connection remained stable throughout the process.
  2. If your account has been debited despite the payment failure, the amount is typically refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. For any additional clarification or assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@getstocked.in with the order details.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.

Once your order is shipped, another email notification will be sent your way.

How do I check the status of my order?

While we make every effort to ship your order on the same day because we're as excited as you are, there may be occasions when it takes up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

  2. You will see all your orders including order history.
  3. Select the order for which you want to view the current status.

How do I cancel an order that I have placed?

In order to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us at +91 97895 37895 or email us at info@getstocked.in with the order number.

I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once your order is confirmed and accepted, you won't be able to add more products to it. To purchase additional items, you will need to create a new order for those products.

Shipping & Tracking

Are there any additional shipping charges?

For all orders, whether you choose prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD), Standard Shipping is available at no extra cost.

How does the delivery process work?

All our deliveries are coordinated with reputable courier services. We'll notify you as soon as your shipment is dispatched and provide you with a tracking number. This is the exciting part, and we hope that you're available when the delivery arrives, and they'll usually give you a heads-up call before they do!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

In India, once orders are shipped, they are generally delivered within 1-4 business days in metropolitan areas and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and other factors, including public holidays and extreme weather conditions.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your mobile number and address after your order has been placed, as the system has already transmitted this information to our warehouse for packing and shipping. However, you can cancel the order before it's been packed, and then place a new order with the correct details. The good news is that there are no cancellation charges.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can track it easily. You'll receive a notification through email containing a link that allows you to track your order's progress.

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, in the event that our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will initiate a refund it to the original source of payment. This refund will typically reflect within 24-48 hours after the initiation process.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment! However, we are open to making exceptions. Please feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll explore what options are available.

Returns, Exchange & Refund

Can I return / exchange a product?

Yes you can return / exchange a product within 14 days of delivery.

It's important to note that exchanges can only be made for the same products in a different size. They cannot be exchanged for a different design within the same product category or for any other product available on our website.

We offer a reverse pick-up service for most pin codes to facilitate the process.

To maintain hygiene standards, we reserve the right to decline returns / exchange if it's evident that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

What are the terms of return / refund policy?

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, we will request you for your bank details to transfer the refund amount.

I have created a return / exchange request. When will the product be picked up?

Upon receiving your return / exchange request, a member of the courier partner's team will arrange for a pickup at your provided address within 2 business days.

Please make sure that the product(s) and their tags are in proper condition for them to be accepted by the courier company.

I have received a damaged item. What now?

If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@getstocked.in. Once confirmed / approved by the Customer Experience Team, we will send a new replacement for the exact same product.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get a full refund?

You will receive a refund for the exact amount that you paid for the product as mentioned in the order confirmation.

My product has been picked up but I haven't got my refund yet.

From the day the product was picked up, it takes about 48 hours for it to reach our warehouse and another 24-48 hours for us to check if the product qualifies for a refund.

And after approval, refund to your original method of payment takes 5-7 business days. If you have paid through Cash on Delivery, we will request you for your bank details to transfer the refund amount.

So it takes about ten business days from the pick-up date, for the refund to reflect in your account.
